Article 1: Subject of the contract

Article 2: Ordering process and validation

To order, you must have the legal capacity to agree to a contract and have a valid personal credit card. Once your online order has been validated, it can no longer be canceled following the acceptance of payment. The validation of the order is worth acceptance without reserve of the present general terms & conditions. We will confirm your order by e-mail and will send you Instructions allowing you to download the selected Digital Contents. Following the validation of your order, you may request an invoice, which will be sent to the postal address indicated at the time of your order. Purchases of Digital Contents are considered firm and definitive and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Be aware that there is no cancellation period applicable to this service once we have accepted and executed your order.

Article 3: Technical conditions of access to the service

In the event of difficulties, and in particular, in the event that you are unable to gain access to the purchased product or services, you can contact the Consumer Customer Service department.

Article 4: Digital Content Awards

The prices of the Digital Content are indicated in Dollars, all taxes included. The cost of communication to access the site remains at your expense. The prices of the Digital Contents can be modified without notice being specified that they will be invoiced on the basis of the tariffs in force at the time of the confirmation of the order.

Article 5: Payment methods

The Digital Content ordered on the Site is paid for by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard or Mastercard) or Paypal. If payment is made by cards issued by banks domiciled outside France, they must be international bank cards. The Sites are subject to a security system, secured by SSL certificate (Secure Sockets Layer) allowing the encryption of information relating to your banking details.

Article 6: Protection of copyrights

The Digital Contents as well as all the elements reproduced on the Sites (in particular texts, comments, illustrations, logos and iconographic documents) are protected by the Intellectual Property Code and by the applicable international standards. As such, the Digital Contents are only intended for strictly personal and private use. Any reproduction, adaptation or representation in any form and by any means whatsoever, and in particular any exchange, resale, rental or transfer to a third party of the Digital Contents is strictly prohibited and will be considered a violation of copyright liable to criminal prosecution.

You expressly undertake to keep the download link transmitted to you confidential and not to communicate it in any form whatsoever to a third party.

Article 7: Liability

We cannot be held responsible for service interruptions due to the characteristics and limitations of the Internet network, particularly in the case of interruption of access networks, technical performance and response times for consulting, querying or transferring the information contained on the Sites or Digital Content.

Given the intrinsic characteristics of the Internet, we do not guarantee you against the risks of misappropriation, intrusion, contamination and hacking of its data, programs and files by computer viruses. Article 9: Modifications of the terms & conditions

We reserve the right to modify at any time all or part of these general terms & conditions. These possible modifications will be opposable from the moment they are made available online and cannot apply to contracts concluded previously. We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently close the Sites, without notice or compensation.
