Estimated delivery date by country
The cart works out a delivery date range (business days) from the shopper's country and your zones: they know when it will arrive.

- One zone per group of countries (codes FR, BE...) with 1 or 2 methods and their min/max times
- Works out the dates skipping Saturdays and Sundays if you want
- Picks the zone from the shopper's Shopify store country, otherwise shows a fallback text
